Plexus Slim is a powdered weight-loss substance that can be added to water. Tt is made from Garcinia cambogia, green coffee bean, and alpha lipoic acid, and can be taken at least twice daily to hasten your weight loss process. Plexus slim is usually taken by busy dieters on the go.

 

Plexus Slim was introduced to the market in 2011 and is available on the official website. Plexus Canada, the makers of Plexus Slim, have earned an excellent BBB rating from their weight loss supplement. The product has some good components which have been proven to aid fast weight loss.

The first point I took into consideration was the price of Plexus Slim. I believe it is quite costly as it goes for $115 per month. A few people think that it is too pricey considering the fact that they could spend over a hundred dollars monthly on a weight supplement. However, other people believe that it is worth the cost because of its effectiveness and also considering prices of other supplements in the market, it is relatively cheap.

I am a bit concerned about the limited clinical research on the Plexus Slim, but despite the fact that plexus slim hasn’t been clinically tested, there is a positive report from users.

Plexus Slim is made from Garcinia cambogia, hydroxycinnamic acid, rosmarinic acid, chlorogenic acid, stevia, olydextrose, citric acid, green coffee beans and grape skin extract. Garcinia cambogia which is one of the ingredients have been tested for their ability to aid weight loss. According to reports from the Journal of the American Medical Association, this compound failed to produce noteworthy weight loss and loss of fat mass beyond what was observed with a placebo. On the other hand, green coffee bean showed great support for weight-loss.

I was initially intrigued by the Plexus Slim, and there are good ingredients in this formula which are quite efficient, and I did find a lot of positive comments about its effectiveness. However, I was a bit concerned with the price and the fact that most of the research fall on both sides, and some agree while others disagree

  1. Fresh Air – Nothing beats going outside for some fresh air, especially in the winter months. We often go through our days like this: get up, coffee, drive to work, coffee, work, work, work, drive home, grab groceries, eat dinner, watch tv. Where is time for going outside. Even 5 minutes will help reset your mind. Breath in that fresh crisp air (given your not in ontario on a humid august day)
  2. Light Stretching – Yoga, Pilates, Stretching your arms up to the sky, standing up from your desk. Stretch that body out, the limbs, the back, the neck, the brain. You’ll be amazed how good it feels to do this. Periodically throughout your day, especially if you sit at a computer all day, DO THIS!
  3. Computer Setup – The middle of your screen should be at eye level. If your on a laptop… ugh oh…. Its almost definitely not. There are solutions to this, like a stand, amongst many others. You can even stack your monitor (if you have one) on books. Thats what I do. Books=intelligence, so put some of your favourites and maybe that cute girl/guy will spark a conversation with you.
  4. Breathe – DEEP BREATHS!  I love this one. I can’t tell you enough about the benefits stepping back and taking a few deep breaths will do for you. It’s simply an amazing, refreshing, vitalizing thing to do. Try it now. Close your eyes, take a moment to breath deeply, honouring and respecting yourself. Feel better? Of course you do.
